KnF is Accredited as a Special Inspection Agency with the New York City Department of Buildings. Per New York City Building Code requirements, special inspection agency must be retained by Building Owner, Developers and many City Agencies in the city to fulfill their TR-1 & TR-8 Special Inspection / Control Inspection Requirements on Major Renovations and New Constructions.
